Gururbrahma Gururvishnur Gururdevo Mahesvarah,
Guruh Sakshat Parambrahma Tasmai Shri Gurave Namah.
I prostrate to that Sri Guru, who is himself
Brahma (creator), Vishnu (preserver) and God Maheshwara Shiva
(destroyer), and who is verily the Supreme Absolute Itself.
Guru is both manifest Reality and the Absolute.
